GYROTONIC® is a modality of exercise that utilizes specialized equipment to strengthen the body while increasing overall range of motion.  

 

These patterns of movement increase space in the joints and throughout the body to create longer, stronger musculature and body flexibility.  

 

Sessions are adjusted to address specific imbalances due to sport-specific training (i.e. the one-side dominance of a tennis player), for people new to exercise and movement, and for the general population for injury prevention.
