Group Fitness For Field Hockey
Field hockey at the collegiate level is intense, especially pre-season. This is where one’s work in the off-season is show cased. Those who have been putting in the work will excel. This we know from our personal experiences.
In order to best prepare for the transition into pre-season, we have created Group Fitness For Field Hockey.
This is a 10 day program consisting of a combination of fitness training and field hockey. With improvement of cardiovascular fitness, core strength and flexibility, players will be set-up to improve their game on the field.
Players will be challenged.
