Massage has been proven to be beneficial to overall health and wellbeing time and time again.  Some of the key benefits are: pain relief, stress reduction, increased immunity (by stimulating lymph flow), increased flexibility, relief from depression and anxiety, softening of overused muscles, and migraine relief. We offer several modalities of massage including:


Deep Tissue Massage: Focuses on adhesion breakup to increase range of motion and relieve pain due to knotted tissue.


Swedish Massage: Brings the body into a parasympathetic state and calms the nervous system, resulting in reduced stress and tension throughout the body.


Sports Massage: A more intensive deep tissue massage that will include more muscular and fascial stretching, followed by deep inner core stabilization.
